Lia and Ro

Liadan has come to "take Ro out" from St Patrick's hospital where Ro is an inpatient, while in treatment for an eating disorder. Set against the warm, sunny backdrop of rowdy, carefree beachgoers, Ro struggles with the lack of independence that comes with her new identity as a patient. It's her 30th birthday and her sister's company only highlights how alienated she feels, while those around her continue with their lives and their freedom.
